Very enjoyable overall experience. Straightforward comfortable hotel with perfect location in the heart of town. Location really close to the centre of Salobrena, `` real '' Spain and the castle at the top of the hill. The atmosphere is quiet with very very helpful and brilliantly friendly personnel. A wide array of goodies for breakfast;))

The owner Jose Luis is a very charming man and always willing to help. He acted like an unofficial tourist office. His Spanish is easy to understand and he does have a small amount of English as well. My husband and I were very impressed with the whole, good value for money. It is very secure with up to date card keys for the hotel and room. Breakfast is available if required for a very modest sum.

Very friendly, family run and well appointed Hostal in the centre of downtown Salobrena - 10 minute walk to the beach or probably 20 minute walk up to the fort / old part of town on top of the hill. New bathroom which was reasonable size and nicely decorated. Great restaurant recommendation 5 minutes walk away.
Breakfast is available as an optional extra wasn't overally good value.
